  • Apple Account information (email address, or a relay address when you use Apple's Hide My Email)
  • User ID (Firebase Authentication)

2.2 Vehicle and maintenance information

  • Vehicle information (name, model code, year, mileage, etc.)
  • Maintenance records (date, details, cost, images, etc.)
  • Fuel and charging records
  • Modification history

2.3 Usage information

  • Access logs (IP address, browser information)
  • Usage data (feature usage frequency; collected via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics)
  • Error and crash information (collected via Sentry)
  • Reports submitted on public pages (reason and details; can be sent without signing in)

2.4 Pre-release and waitlist information

  • Email address
  • Vehicle model and interest details you optionally provide

3. How We Use Information

  • Providing and operating the Service
  • User support
  • Improving the Service and developing new features
  • Sending pre-release notices and updates about new features such as the iOS app

  • When you publish information yourself using the sharing features (share URLs, the “Community Garage,” etc.). Published vehicle information, records, and photos can be viewed by anyone, and you can stop sharing at any time.

  • Provision to service providers as necessary to operate the Service (Firebase, Sentry, etc.)

5. Data Storage

User data is stored on Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage) operated by Google. Data is encrypted and managed under appropriate security measures.

The Service uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining your login state
  • Saving your settings
  • Access analytics (Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics, anonymized)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may be limited.
