Yes. All features are currently free on both the web and the iPhone app. That includes managing multiple vehicles, scanning receipts, PDF export, and detailed analytics. No credit card is required, and your data is shared between the web and the iPhone app. Note that odometer photo scanning and automatic gas-station entry by GPS are iPhone app only.
Receipt scanning is available when you log fuel. It only reads the quantity, total cost and unit price printed on a refuelling or charging receipt, and it does not handle other documents such as insurance policies or service invoices. Make sure the receipt image is clear and the text is legible. It also helps if the image is bright and free of shadows.
Open “Export & import” in the sidebar after signing in. You can download vehicles, maintenance records, modifications, and fuel and charging logs as separate CSV files, or all of them together as a single JSON backup. Maintenance records can also be exported as a PDF service history. Fuel and charging logs kept in a spreadsheet or another app can be imported into the selected vehicle from the same screen as CSV. Note that the contents of this screen are currently only available in Japanese. CSV and JSON export, and CSV import, are available only in the web version on a computer browser — the iPhone app does not have them (the maintenance PDF can also be exported from the iPhone app).
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset your password.
You can do this yourself: open “Settings” in the sidebar and use the account deletion section (アカウントの削除) on that screen. Your vehicles and records cannot be recovered once the account is deleted, so export anything you need from “Export & import” first. Note that the account settings screen is currently only available in Japanese.
